Survive & Thrive is an online plan devised by fitness guru, Sarah Goldsack, giving older people expert advice on nutrition and exercise. Sarah came to me requiring two brand identities – one for herself as 'Sarah Goldsack – Positivity Coach' and the other for her new health plan, Survive & Thrive.
The identity ‘Sarah Goldsack – Positivity Coach’ needed to feel positive and confident. An identity which is approachable and re-enforces Sarah's positive personality and let people trust her as an expert. The colours needed to be neutral so the logo could be used alongside colourful exercise and food photography, and also in conjunction with the colour palettes of different plans being launched.
The Survive & Thrive logo options were all based on the idea of growth and development, aswell as plants and nature. The main objective of the brand was to create a positive style conveying strength and energy, and lets people feel they can do these exercise and look after their bodies, whatever their age or ability.
